Polish convoy shelled
On 25th August at 9.55 (Afghan time) - 7.25 (Polish time) Polish convoy was shelled from anti-tank rocket launcher. Two soldiers were injured.

Logistic convoy was going from FOB Ghazni to FB Four Corners. The accident took place about 7 km to the south-east from Ghazni base. A few grenades RPG were shot at the convoy. Polish soldiers responded with fire and in this way forced the enemy to escape. Immediately the air QRF unit and medical evacuation helicopter were called. Additionally, four platoons of Afghan army were sent as reinforcement and support. The injured soldiers were transported to field hospital in Ghazni. They are under permanent medical care. Their families were informed about the accident.
